Forum members discuss CMMI and generic process improvement issues, personal process improvement experiences, industry case studies, published resources, success stories, and lessons learned when deploying software and systems process discipline. We hope this dialog and format helps practitioners determine appropriate metrics collection and process improvement strategies that support their organizational business goals.
