THE CLOSING LOGO GROUP�RULES FOR FILE UPLOADING

In order to conserve space in the Closing Logo Group 1, 2, and 3, we are being forced to institute the following rules:

PICTURE FILES
1. Pictures may not be placed in the files section and must be placed in the Photos section.
2. Picture files in any format other than GIF or JPEG are not permitted.

VIDEO FILES
1. Videos of Logo Re-Creations, Experimental Jingles and spoof logos may not be uploaded in CLG 1 and must be uploaded into CLG 2 or 3. This does not apply to the CLG Experiments which may be uploaded into CLG 1. Membership in CLG 1 is required to join CLG 2 or 3 and must be the same member name and email address you used when you joined CLG 1.
2. Video files in formats other than MPEG or Windows Media are not permitted.

AUDIO FILES
1. Audio files of Logo re-creations, experimental jingles, and spoof logos may not be uploaded in CLG 1, and may only be uploaded into CLG 2 or 3. This does not apply to the CLG Experiments.
2. Audio files may only be in MP3 or Wave formats. All other formats are prohibited.

GENERAL FILE RULES
1. EXE or ZIP files are not permitted due to their virus potential.
2. After 30 days, the moderators reserve the right to delete any file to conserve space.
3. The moderators reserve the right to remove any file that does not comply with these policies and also to suspend uploading privileges for users who do not comply with these policies.

The following types of files may be kept at the following locations:

CLG 1: Audio files, video files, CLG Experiments (first run)
CLG 2: Audio files, video files, CLG Experiments (second run/archival), spoof media, experimental logo jingles (non-CLG Experiments), logo re-creations, logo descriptions
CLG 3: Audio files, video files, spoof media, experimental logo jingles (non-CLG Experiments), logo re-creations, logo descriptions.
