GREENEVILLE, TN (November 9, 2004) – Plus Mark, Inc. today announced
its decision to keep open its Greeneville, TN facility and also
announced it would immediately begin the shutdown of its Franklin,
TN facility. Plus Mark is a leading manufacturer and distributor of
gift wrap, boxed cards and accessories sold into the mass retail
marketplace. Approximately 750 employees currently work at the
Greeneville facility and 450 employees currently work at the
Franklin facility. The Corporation will provide severance pay and
      outplacement assistance to affected associates.

The decisions come at the conclusion of a six-month study of the
Plus Mark supply chain. The goal of the study was to determine the
most cost effective way to produce and deliver Plus Mark's products
to its customers. The study included input from associates,
government officials and interested parties in both Greene and
      Williamson counties in Tennessee.

The Corporation anticipates selling its Franklin facility after
      production equipment has been removed.

This plant sits within the battlefield fringes.
