      Sorry if this breaches the "causes" portion of the no-no list for
      this group. I simply found it curious that West Virginia was this
      angry at Virginia 10 years removed from the Staunton Convention, and
      34 years prior to the war.

      I don't intend this as a "cause" of the war, merely as a possible ice-
      breaker for discussions of the West Virginia theatre, of which I am
      painfully ignorant.
