Hi Everyone,

We're lucky enough to have Chris Cooper attached to our independent feature film "Chickadee." Ellen Burstyn and Julie Kavner are also attached. We really need your help in making this film happen. We're seeking funding and one of the places we're doing it is on Kickstarter.com. If you aren't able to make a pledge, just spreading the link to your friends and other contacts is an enormous help and we would be very grateful.

This is a grass roots effort to make a wonderful movie. "Chickadee" is a feature film based on a true story about our grandmother, an Italian-American girl at the turn of the century. This thirteen-year-old girl inspires an entire town with her courage and reunites her fractured, immigrant family in the process. Chris plays the heroic family doctor who is drawn into the chaos of the story.
