      a benefit you may like in v10 for aligning text...the EDGE of the text
      box you select is the edge that will snap to your snap grid, ie select
      the left edge of the text box to align a column...bottom edge for a row,
      etc...

      also if you turn on an object snap (ie.. midpoint, object, etc..)..then
      while using the ctrl override, the center of the text box will snap to
      that criteria...this works with any CAD item
