Ted,  I run v10 on Win10 w/o trouble..you may need a different driver if you have the hardware lock. It is available here:

Hi Ted, My V10 works just fine on Windows 7 Professional. While I never used a HP plotter, all my HP A3 printers worked until I retired. Regards, Erik From:

Sounds like you need to lower the saddle roof plane? I would check the settings of the roof plane I want to place it over and copy and paste the correct
