Two teenagers killed by explosive device in Chechnya

GROZNY, December 6 (RIA Novosti) - Two teenagers were killed and two
others injured by an explosive device in an abandoned house in Staraya
Sunzha village, near Chechnya's capital of Grozny, Russia's Emergency
      Situations Ministry said.

"Four teenagers born in 1992 discovered an explosive device in a house
in the Okruzhnoi side street. The explosive went off when they tried to
      dismantle it," the spokesman said.

The republic's Prosecutor General Valery Kuznetsov said the explosive
device might have been a personnel mine.

He added that one of the boys is in a critical condition. An
      investigation is under way.
