A large anti-Chechen provocation averted in Belgium

A source of Kavkaz-center in Brussels reports that in Belgium,
because of the operational actions of the Chechen diaspora, a large
      anti-Chechen provocation has been averted.

It is reported that one of the prisoners in a Belgian prison, a
Russian national, proposed to a Chechen refugee, who was temporarily
detained by the local authorities as an illegal emigrant, to organize
several explosions on the territory of Belgium. For this he promised
to pay 60,000 Euro - in cash.

For the Chechen refugee it was possible to pass this information to
the responsible representatives of the Chechen diaspora, who reported
all the available information about this Russian customer for
terrorist acts to the Belgian law enforcing organs.

The representatives of Chechen refugees in Europe have already
repeatedly expressed their fear in regards of possible anti-Chechen
provocations, which are planned to be carried out by the Russian
special services. These fears were especially strengthened after
Vladimir Putin during one of his visits to Brussels stated that "the
Europeans will stop taking the Chechen refugees, when they begin to
      explode [railway] stations".

The source of Kavkaz-center reports that the representatives of
Chechen diaspora in Belgium, have reached a mutual agreement with the
law enforcing organs and are intended to closely collaborate with the
local authorities for purposes of averting any possible terrorist
acts and other provocations from the side of Russian special services.
