For NATIONAL SLEEP AWARENESS WEEK, MARCH 3-10, we are going on a sleep walk! On MONDAY, MARCH 4th, meet at 3pm at the NORTH MARKET parking lot with your PJs on, holding a pillow, + carrying a handmade sign that says something like 'take a nap' or 'sleep is good', etc. You DO NOT have to have a sleep disorder to join us. Just come on out for the fun. We will walk to the statehouse + then proceed to take a 'nap' on the front lawn. If only a few people show up, we are still doing it with the hope that we can raise a little awareness about the importance of sleep. yeah!
