      At 2:30pm today Laura Davis already had the TROPICAL KINGBIRD staked out along the North Davis Ponds driveway where it was yesterday. The WESTERN TANAGER was there at the foot bridge.

      A survey at the Davis Wetlands yielded:
      2 male EURASIAN WIGEON in the 3rd rice check on the left along the entrance road after it dips down next to the rice;
      1 3rd-year WESTERN GULL and a 2nd-year GLAUCOUS GULL, and 4 male BLUE-WINGED TEAL at Wastewater Pond;
      a remarkable 850 RING-NECKED DUCKS in a raft on Storm Pond.
