18705Mather Lake Regional Park Black Terns
- May 26, 2014
I birded Mather Lake this morning and despite the number of fishermen it was quite birdy.
Highlights include a fly over by a pair of BLACK TERNS, a female BLACK-HEADED GROSBEAK near the golf course, and a HERMIT WARBLER by Douglas road.
The GREAT-TAILED GRACKLEs appear to be increasing in number - not necesarily a good thing.
