      So it's no surprise that the world's biggest mobile firm is taking
      open source seriously. The fact that Nokia surprised few industry
      watchers when it released the source code for its Python for S60
      Platform software package shows just how far the credibility of the
      global community of open source software developers has jumped over
      the past few years.

      Nokia's move to place the source code of Python for the Symbian-based
      S60 Platform up on SourceForge.net illustrates in spades that open
      source software development is no longer niche, but is now firmly part
      of the enterprise mainstream.
