I am not familiar with the ssh your are using but with openssh, you can
set your ssh version preference either thru the server or the client
        connecting.

              Hello All,

I am fairly familiar with the ssh from the company. A friend of mine just retired from there a few months ago and I was a business partner when I was in busines for myself. It is the exact same product as the openssh. Kind of like Red Hat...you can download the free stuff, but the really good stuff with support requires you to pay for it (and you get support).

You shouldn't need to set any version prefs...it should work "out of the box" because it is a simple application that runs across the distros with nothing extra needed. That is what makes it such a unique tool.

              Hope that helps,

              Dave
