More of the massive Vela SNR region
- This region is indeed a marvel in our southern skies, the area can
keep an imager busy for years!
This bit is an interesting contrast of nebula types and is seldom
imaged. Not even sure of the names of each feature but the OIII
tendrils are part of the actual 10 000 yr old SNR. I thought the
orange/red nebula was a nice contrast.
