- The lowest tech/cost is to get some 100% silicone
caulking (no anti mold) from your
hardware store and add 3 or 4 drops of glycerine per oz of silcone.
When you get your grove, look into Alumilite and Smooth On.
And if you live in a reasonable size city there will likely be a retail
store dedicated to mold making/casting.
Something about robots...
