      Dear All,

Prof. Lakhmi Jain (University of South Australia, Adelaide) and myself are in the process of editing a book on:

      "Successful Case-based Reasoning Applications" - Vol. 2

As for Vol. 1 (2010), it will be published by Springer, in the "Studies in Computational Intelligence" Series.

Chapters are invited on the topic.

The intention of this book is to provide a concise introduction to the particular topic from the vantage point of a newcomer. As such, each chapter must be complete within itself. Naturally, reference to additional or more advanced material is expected to be given in the reference section.

Co-authored chapters are acceptable. The average length of each chapter is approximately 20 to 40 pages.

      Important Dates:

January 31 2012: Authors are invited to submit summary (approximately half page) of their proposed chapters.

      February 7: Acceptance decision.

      June 15: Draft chapters due

      July 31: Feedback to authors

October 15: Camera ready chapter due

We will be pleased to offer one complimentary copy to the corresponding (or the first listed author) of each chapter as a token of appreciation.

Please send your chapter proposal to the Editorial Team contact as:
