Subject: [cascadeqrp] A Quick Question About The May 18th Build Day

      Hi Guys,

More than I expected, the National Boy Scout Jamboree has been taking its toll on me, time wise. I would like to ask you all if you were considering participating in this month's build day, and if you would either be OK with it cancelling, or better yet, would be willing to host the event! Honestly, with the numbers we get at these, you would likely only need the space of one garage bay with a couple folding tables and a couple extension cords for soldering stations, etc.

If it's at all possible to still hold the build day even though it's at someone else's QTH, I think that would be great. I just need to take a pass on this one. The next one is scheduled for August, which is just after I return from the Jamboree, and that one is at risk as well.

Don't be concerned about me. I'll be back in the saddle after the dust settles on this very demanding activity I got myself into!

Please post up your replies so everyone can see them.

      Phil Westover, WA7URV
