It's very easy to make an account on Zazzle and make a design
available. Their rules about copyright are a lot looser than Cafepress.

I made a t-shirt design for dark colors. I would recommend black or
white for the shirts. If you do pink, with the jpg design, than cary's
face will be pink. If you do pink with the png design, than the
background outside the circle will be pink. Less bad, but still not
that good as the design is black, white and red.
