More or less by mistake, I've been named to a panel at the Gulf and
Caribbean Fisheries Institute (GCFI) meeting in Tortola next week.

Other than things like "red, right, returning," I'm not real familiar
with all of the issues in Marine Education among the small islands of
      the Caribbean.

So, if anyone on CARIBWA has some ideas, suggestions, speculations or
pet peeves that they'd like to share, I'd be delighted to hear them
and carry forward to the Marine Education panel . . . even with
      credit for the author(s).

thanks for any and all ideas . . .
