present "Planetwalker: How to Change Your World one Step at a Time," 7
p.m. Tuesday, First Unitarian Universalist Church, 4190 Front St. An
environmental activist and author, Francis gave up motorized
transportation and took a vow of silence that lasted 17 years. He will
