The June 14 edition of CBC Radio's mid-morning public affairs show
The Current had a very interesting piece on reducing car use in
Montreal as a public health issue. Today's show isn't up on the web
yet. (As I type this in Montreal, it is still one and a half hours
before the show even begins on the west coast and four hours until it
ends there, and any sudden development could come up in that time
that might completely change the show's content west of here.)
However, if you go to the following URL later in the day today (June
      14) or tomorrow morning and scroll down to Part 3 of the show, you
will find a description of the piece and an audio link to that half
      hour of the show.
