- The beauty of the interent is that anybody regardless of opinion, politics,
beliefs, nationality can set up their own pages.
If anybody disagrees with the rules laid out in Mr Crawfords forum they may
start their own, alternative forum.
If people can't converse in a manner deemed appropriate by the moderator of
the forum (who isn't elected!! and does the job out of personal interest and
because he started the forum!!) then they will be asked to leave.
A discussion of rights and wrongs about freedoms on the internet and
censorship can be held... on another forum. It's that simple. Perhaps
someone could suggest an alternative forum where these issues are discussed
so those that wish to be involved in the debate can further their
We have freedom of choice to use or not to use this forum. All can read it.
But if you decide to contribute you are agreeing to abide by the rules of a
Play by the rules or don't play.
I hope Mr Crawford continues to use his time to moderate the forum. I have
thouroughly enjoyed the discussions on it and found the posts to be
entertaining, thoughtful, and thought provoking. I look forward to more of
PS some may have guessed I'm a teacher so rules matter to me!!!!!!
