      In the interest of fairness, here is a link to a speech which argues that sprawl is good for America. The author argues that it has made possible lower prices, bigger, less expensive homes, reduced air pollution, and more jobs.

      He argues that anti-suburbanist policies would eliminate those advantages. He also levels several criticisms at Portland, Oregon, which is supposedly the poster child for the anti-suburban movement.
