      Although this article seems to blame "urbanization" and people's
      choosing to live in cities as a factor in high unemployment in
      California, a number of statements within the text show that in fact
      it was a market distortion that cuased an unsustainable employment
      bubble which the market is correcting as peopel choose to drive less
      and live closer to wkr. As well as choose homes as places to live in
      rather than as investments.
