- Hi All,
Todd Edelman sent this:
For those who drive and for those who don't, Diane Meyer's
<http://www.dianemeyer.net/> photography exhibit at the 18th Street Arts
Center <http://www.18thstreet.org/> in Santa Monica will fascinate all
who ever traveled the thousands of streets in the Los Angeles. But
foreign to many is the life without a car and traveled by foot, bicycle
and public transit.
/Without a Car in the World: 100 Car-less Angelinos Tell Stories Living
in Los Angeles/
<http://www.dianemeyer.net/CCHWeb/withoutacarintheworld.html> is a
collection 100 diverse portraits and a quote from each person about
their take on the streets. Many are care free by choice, others do not,
even desiring a car. Either way, this is one of the best art shows we've
seen this year.
The exhibit runs through December 11th.
