      >I am most delighted to announce that our annual short course in Urban
      >Design for Sustainability will take place from 21-24 April 2008. This
      >year, it will be jointly hosted by the new Curtin University
      >Sustainability Policy Institute (CUSP) and the Urban Design Centre of
      >Western Australia, and held in the heart of the city. The course will
      >provide an overview of urban design practice from the early days of
      >city-building to the age of climate change, and will feature some
      >specific Western Australian stories including guided site visits: the
      >evolution of the state's New Urbanism-inspired Liveable Neighbourhoods
      >urban design code, the use of redevelopment authorities for
