      Vancouver is 'best place to live'

      Vancouver is the world's best place to live, a survey
      by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) has found.

      The EIU ranked 127 cities in terms of personal risk,
      infrastructure and the availability of goods and


      Article talks relatively specifically about
      "terrorismfree" but only vaguely about
      "infrastructure" as positives...

      above it will show more about how they conducted


      They ask about "quality" (?) of roads, quality of
      public transport, quality of international links
      (air???, rail??)... but they miss alot (walkability,
      safety of children, air quality etc etc... though they
      do ask about prices of domestic help! Hmm... who is
      this survey for, exactly?) and because there seems to
      be no discussion about External Costs how truly valid
      IS this research?
