Cleaning the filter worked. See attached photo to see how much gunk was clogging it. Thanks again Mike and Donald for steering me in this direction.

I had a similar problem on Rumrunner. I cleaned the little filter on the suction side (located next to the pump) and this fixed my problem. Donald
