Thanks folks. I'm thinking that I will get a deck eye fitted, either just forward or just aft of the windlass to take the foreguy and possibly a solent stay

Thanks jim and graham, i was thinking of going up to the masthead so i didn't need runners, i like the idea of a solent stay so thats very useful

Ours was masthead 95% of fore triangle but with a high-ish foot so you could see under and not catch too many waves. On May 31, 2015 3:21 AM,

Skye - hull #78 has a Ritchie Globemaster in the binnacle. It was there when I bought the boat, so I am unsure of any mounting issues. I have taken it off
