2012 Camp Mather Lottery Registration Begins January 6

      TO REGISTER

You will need an SF Rec and Park Family Account. If you've applied in the last three years to Camp Mather, then you already have an account and just need to renew your proof of residency. If you've never signed up for any Rec & Park programs or activities and need to set up a Family Account, you can do so at
www.sfreconline.org. Email matherreservations@... or call (415) 831-2715 if you have any questions.

All SF Residents must submit or renew PROOF OF RESIDENCY prior to February 5, 2012, in order for you to be able to apply for the SF Resident lottery.

      TO RENEW PROOF OF RESIDENCY

      • MAIL OR EMAIL a current (Oct/Nov 2011) copy of your home utility bill. (No business utility bills are allowed); OR
      • MAIL OR EMAIL a current (2011) copy of your secured SF property tax bill.

Mail To: Camp Mather Residency Renewal, McLaren Lodge, 501 Stanyan Street, San Francisco, CA 94117; or, email these documents to: matherreservations@...

** Please include your phone number with the mailing so we can call you if there are any problems.

San Francisco Residents must either live in San Francisco or own property in San Francisco. Business owners are not considered residents unless they own their business property. Non-Resident adult children of SF Residents are not eligible to apply as residents using their parents' address. If you provide fraudulent documentation, we will immediately cancel your reservation.
