Due to the increased flood of SPAM e-mails, this list will be moderated at all times for your protection.
The "NO MAIL" setting is not allowed, but this group may be high volume so you may go on digest or special notice. If you have questions, you can always reach me at tamara534@yahoo.com or angelchef.tamara@yahoo.com.
Feel free to ask a cooking question or help in finding or preparing a recipe. I want you to feel at home here and possibly make some new friends. Please don't hesitate to tell us about yourself, where you live, or what's on "the menu" at home! Just have fun and know that there may possibly be some chatting about recipes or where to find that special ingredient.
Although it does not happen that often, I do allow prayer requests here and on all of my groups because we all need a prayer now and then. If this offends you, this may not be the right group for you.
