- Yup, he's one of us! That's my SCUL maggot, Rex Hazard! He rode with SCUL while he lived in Boston, making a couple of tall bikes in the process. And then he got his hands on a tube bender....He moved to Rochester last fall and then commenced his cross country trip in July. He managed to make it to Burning Man (thanks to the combined ticket wrangling efforts of Ronnie, Gonzo, and me). He bought a portable electric welder and is now traveling with it doing welding jobs on the side.Look up Rex Hazard Fan Page on Facebook. Go Rex!!-d0zer.

- Wow, he's actually sitting in the seat?!?Near as I can remember, most of the time Rex Hazard used to ride around here with us he was standing up on the tall-seat with one foot. Used to make it go with sheer grumbah.Fucking insane. ;-)One of my favorite Rex Hazard ships, XER Pioneer. Most of the frame looked like two cardboard tubes -- one of which was bent in like the ship was almost about to fold up. The gaping food (local earth-humans) on SCUL missions would constantly do double-takes.You can see a picture of XER Pioneer on Rex's pilot page. The cardboard coloration is a bit washed out from the excess flash, but you get the idea:http://www.scul.org/skynet/index.php?action=view_pilot&entity_id=27876-QP.S. Rex's wing of the fleet, XER, stands for: Xenographic Endorphin Regulators. How fitting!
