      Subject: [borderpoint] Enclaves around Omsk

At the US Geological Survey Library, I found Soviet geological maps
(1940s), and one showed three enclaves around Omsk and a really
interesting salient SW of that city. Anyone care to take a stab at
seeing if these appear on the Russian military maps, and whether they
are now international or still local area "events", or whether they
      still show up at all?

in FILES - title Omsk Area Enclaves
