No that does not insulate the column, I think it's more an anti rattle reason. The column end of the horn system works to earth, so the horn at the horn push

Thanks for the replies again, sadly the rack didnt turn up in time to fit today, just turned up at 7 oclock !! I had an mot at 4 so i fitted the original rack,

Hi Mike According to the Triumph manual repack the boots with 1/2 oz grease on assembly and 4 pumps through grease nipple every 6000 miles, realistically as
