The difference between fiberglass, wood and steel construction is, ignoring maintenance of a fiberglass boat is usually not as disastrous as ignoring maintenance of a steel or wood boat. An epoxy encapsulated wood boat like ROGUE falls somewhere between a wood and fiberglass boat regards maintenance.
