group. I just bought a set of new Birdwatcher sails from him and am

Workmanship on these sails was good and there were many nice touches
added that I did not expect. i.e. telltales on luff and leech and
leech tensioning lines. The sails were delivered when promised.
Pricing was excellent. There was no point in doing another Sailrite

Wayne Stevens, the proprietor, has built some Bolger boats. He is
more attuned to the needs of the small boat builder than the lofts
that make their living doing the high tech racing sails.
For those wanting a step up from polytarp but without means for a new
sail, Porpoise can probably cut down a used sail very economically.
