Pretty much the entire text,as it appears in Gardens book Yacht
Designs II,is what you see in the files over in Bolger2.
      Her specs are as follows:
      Length on Deck 24'6"
      Load Water Line 20'0"
      Breadth 8'0"
      Draft of Hull 1'4"
      Draft with Board down 2'6"
      Displacement 3600lbs
      Sail Area 400 sq.ft.

Displacement and trailer weight are pretty much the same thing. As
for getting a set of building plans, you might try either writing
directly to the designer(now retired) or checking out a web site
dedicated to the designs of William Garden.(Do a google search for
      this site.)
It is a very neat looking sailing scow! Another one which would be
worth a peek is the sprit sailing barge HARRY,designed by Tad
Roberts. Now if only someone could get Mr.Roberts to show this design
      on his web page......WOW!!
