      Greetings Friends:

I'm emailing to ask if you are interested in participating in a second round of a study designed to develop a questionnaire that measures physical activity related self-worth in women. Specific areas of interest include, academic self-worth (knowledge and education), social self-worth (support from friends and loved ones), and emotional self-worth in women. You are receiving this because you are a woman between 18 and 70 years of age--or because you know women who might be interested in participating. (Please forward this to any potentially interested women. We need to recruit 50 women this time to complete the questionnaire.)

You may have participated in this study previously--which means you filled out the long version of the questionnaire. We are now testing the second (shorter) version of the questionnaire. If you are interested in taking about 15-20 minutes to complete a shorter version of these questionnaires, reply to this email with your name, mailing address, and email. We will send you the questionnaires in a packet with a return addressed, stamped envelope.

Please let me know if you have further questions. We look forward to your reply (and hopefully, your participation in the study).  Again, feel free to pass this along to any interested women. Thanks for considering this request.

      Take care, Lynda
