      Since I've been a bit slow in organizing dryland training for ice
      hockey, I'm passing this along in case you're interested. Might be a
      good warm up for women's league games! I know Jessica pretty well and
      she's AWESOME. I am still going to try to organize something but
      finishing my book is consuming me lately!! Take care and happy
      conditioning!!

      P.S. I like the idea of making dryland training for BWHA/rec
      league/women hockey players "free" with donations to BWHA....similar to
      what they've done below. What do you think? Also, I'm thinking about
      Mon and Wed nights around 6:30 or 7pm. Would that work for people? Let
      me know your druthers. LR

      Pre-Season Conditioning and Injury Prevention for Winter Sports
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

      Dates/Times: Thursdays from 6:00-7:00pm, Oct. 4-Nov. 29 (8 sessions
      total)
      Location: 1520 W State St.
      Cost: Free. Donations recommended. All proceeds will benefit youth
      ski scholarship programs (BBNT and BBSRA).

      What to expect:

      -Classes will be progressive, building upon work in previous sessions

      -General and sport-specific training

      -All ages and abilities welcome!

      Jessica Smith-Blockley, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength
