We hope this forum provides an optimistic outlook on recovery. I believe these clubs are best utilized by writing how we feel as a way to help us sort out our feelings. I don't know that anything anyone says here will suddenly unlock the door to wellness, but it can momentarily make us view things from a different perspective, and affirm to us that the obsessive thoughts we have are not ours alone.
