      aku mau nanya nih . udh fitnes selama 5bulanan tpi berat badan tetep ga turun ia?. padaal aku udh pola makan 5-6kali .



      pola latian juga udah angkat beban berat bahkan latian dada sampe 40kg kanan dan kiri . tpi knpa badan msih blom bisa kencang?.

      emg sih aku ga pake suplemen . pake baru seminggu ini cuma pake prostar whey protein aja . saran dong .
