        Stalin did not accept Darwinian evolution. He opted for Lysenkoism
        (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lysenkoism) and actually sent
        geneticists and biologists to the gulags because they accepted
        Darwinian evolution, hence the atheism in communism is not one based
        on freethinking or critical reasoning.
