        At 6 pm.

Here's the e-mail announcement from Berkman:

        "Thursday, Nov. 3, 6-7pm
        Berkman Conference Room

Sounds Fine: An Introduction to Radio Technique with
        Rhod Sharp

Rhod Sharp is the presenter of BBC Radio Five Live's
long running 'Up All Night' daily current events show.
His working life in radio has included spells as
editor, correspondent - and reporter. This short look
at radio interviewing is for anyone who has ever heard
or made a podcast and wished it could sound better. A
couple of simple techniques can permanently improve
        your sound forever.

If you have your own recording equipment, bring it
along. After a brief discussion of equipment (very
important) we will break into small groups and work
        together on microphone handling."

Blah! I meant to change the subject line on the
previous e-mail to avoid any confusion about Rhod
Sharp's talk being postponed from last week (10/27) to
this week (11/3) and I totally forgot to do it. My
          apologies for any confusion.

As far as I know, Rhod is speaking at Berkman on
Thursday, November 3, at 6 pm and the talk has not
          been postponed again.

                Hello,

It occurred to me that some of you who are interested
in getting involved in planning for Wikimania, a
conference about all things wiki coordinated by the
Wikimedia Foundation (Wikipedia, Wikinews, etc.) and
the Berkman Center (and hopefully others), might not
know about the meeting Monday (11/14) evening at 7:30
pm at Toscanini's, 899 Main Street, Cambridge.

The second Monday of the month is usually when the
local Wikipedians gather. We'll be spending some time
during the monthly meetings discussing plans for
Wikimania, as well as just usual wikiesque topics.

If you're interested or would like to help out, please
                join us!
