From the looks of things, there's no easy way to modify the stuff in the DOS side of things without jailbreaking or other hacking. Apple is very persnickety

Hey, If you type “cheat,” it will reveal enemy positions. I don’t know if their are any other cheat codes beyond that. I haven’t kept it on long enough

Hi, Maybe it’s a text-only thing? Type “cheat,” and you get a display of the full chart, including hidden enemy ships with which you might have lost

Begin is patterned after a very old HP 2000 minicomputer game in Basic called Trek73 that was written in 1973. Begin is not based on the original code, just
