      This Youtube site will take you to three videos on Epipactis pollination by wasps.  The plants are growing near Darwin's House in Kent, England.  The old literature insists that the nectar secreted by the orchid is fermented and the wasp becomes drunk.  I think that too many pollinaria on the same part of the wasp's head causes an imbalance.
