Fw: Important Yahoo! Groups Service Changes
- Bad news!
I received the attached message from Yahoo in which they announced
"attachments will no longer be archived within the Messages area"
which will have a big impact on our group.
As far as I can see, this change makes Yahoo unsuitable as a forum for the
I would like the group's opinion what options alternatives we should
consider and how the existing archive can be preserved for future reference.
Note that the changes kick in on Aug 7 so that saving the archive has
highest priority as it must be done before that day.
Your ideas and prompt action will be greatly appreciated by one and all!
