      Should you break a lead CLEAN off and you really need to repair
      it, those of you with dremel tools (or something similar) can shave away
      the casing of the 1381 (or most any other semiconductor) to expose *just
      enough* of the lead to solder something to. For the desperate/dextrous
      only.
