SHOW: New Tradition Chorus in Kenosha, WI this weekend (no admission)
- In keeping with the "new tradition" of past years, when the New Tradition
Chorus was competing in the contest cycle, the chorus is hosting a
performance in conjunction with their retreat to prepare for this year's
ILL District Fall Contest, which will, due to religious holiday conflicts,
has been re-scheduled to be held on August 22-24, 2003 in Peoria, IL. (So
this year's fall contest is really in .... the summer time!)
This year's performance will be held at 7:30pm, tomorrow eve., Sat. Aug. 2nd
at A.F. Siebert Chapel, Carthage College, Kenosha, WI.
No admission/free to the public
Besides the contest set for this year's fall contest, many selections from
the New Tradition Chorus' current repertoire will be performed as well.
Directions to site:
Take I-94 and follow the Carthage exit signs to County Road E (exit 339).
Travel seven miles east to Highway 32.
Travel south approximately one mile to the Carthage campus on the lake side
of Highway 32.
