Vincent came from China originally. He has over 10 years of experience in Global Supply Chain Management. He works as a sourcing/operations manager at All Natural Botanical and has inspected hundreds of factories in China. He has an MBA and just recently earned the CPSM certification by the Institute of Supply Management. Also he is a Certified Quality Auditor by the American Society of Quality.
Andrew Rizzo has over 20 years of experience in international trade. He served in the International Trade Administration, US Department of Commerce and has worked in over 50 countries. After many years as a trade consultant he established a factory in China, which he still owns and operates. He has the practical experience of working in China and understands how to construct successful trade transactions while minimizing quality problems.
